  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

You need to take it back for them to look at it.

Unrelated, but my monster of a S60 D5 had a faulty injector once. I bought a injector kit off volvo for about £15 and a 2nd hand injector off ebay for £90.
Hour job, and it was an amazing car for years after.
Looks like you have been unlucky.

Just an update on this and drove the car to work on Saturday morning and it drove fine and has been driving perfect since?? Maybe ecu had to learn and sort the issue either way im stumped but happy its working fine, long may it last.
