I cannot vouch for the ones in ShadeTek’s links but back in the day I bought a used mk3 Cortina. That was in the days when heated rear windows were luxury add ons. I bought a similar looking kit. The strips of element were supplied on a backing tape on a roll. Cut section off the roll of the required length to fit across the window and fix to the inside of the window after getting it scrupulously clean. When satisfied peel the backing tape off leaving the element on the glass. Then affix the end elements to the glass at each end of the glass to connect the ends of the transverse elements. It worked very well. Just had to be very careful when cleaning the glass later.
