Could please do with some help in the Salford/Manchester area , recently bought a 2008 C70 which I think is an amazing car however it has been plagued with a list of problems mainly engine management lights , the car is under warranty which is fast running out but the light is back on again for the fourth time , is there anyone local who could read the codes for me so I can pinpoint the problem , car dealer keeps clearing code saying its coming up unknown ? Also due to go back for an air con leak so I would like to tell the dealer the problem .
On a different note I am really impressed with volvo build quality and attention to detail I have previously owned BMW,Audi,Lexus plus others and the volvo if not better I'd Definitely up there with them

As above - similar to M I'm in Sligo so can assist with Volvo 850 Series and Phase 1 S/V70 Series which use the flash code reader. Also able to scan most post 1997 Volkswagen passenger cars for peanuts using original Rosstech software and lead - not the cheap Chinese stuff.

Might I just add the Marty (tulipandthistle) is totally sound and extremely helpful in all matters both Volvo and BMW.

Pm me or contact me via the Skype link to the left.

Note: am happy to meet people who need their volvos scanned without seeing them charged €90.24 incl vat at the main dealers. That includes anyone around the BT93 5FJ region of Northern Ireland as going to enniskillen frequently.
Cheers Bren

I can do 21 different makes of car, given a little notice.

I have an Autel 702 which does manufacturer specific codes for Engine, Gearbox, ABS and SRS.

It is currently loaded with Volvo, Renault, Peugeot, Ford, Nissan, Vauxhall, and Land Rover.

It also will do generic OBD I & II but these are not nearly as accurate as manufacturer specific codes.

Free to forum members. Pin added to map.

I'm just outside Edinburgh.
