Door cars top trim in grey

Just found the o/s door card. For a moment I thought I might have binned it, but luckily no it was the o/s back door one that got dumped. Not quite sure how the plastic comes off yet as haven't tried. There a small torx screw on the leading edge, but got a feeling some glue might be involved! Bob

Brilliant, you are a star!

There is a torx screw on the end and on the other side of the door card two lugs go through with spire clips on. I recommend cutting the clips off with side cutters as they are very tight on there and I destroyed mine more getting them off. I didn't take my door card off I tried doing it through the top where mine was snapped in two so I don't know how the black plastic comes off. If you manage to get it off without damage then can I buy that too please in case I damage mine.

To remove it is rather important that you remove the door card as the grey top section is very thin and will break easily.

Further, after removing the small torx screw from the leading edge, as you have found the grey top section is held to the door card by two small plastic posts using two star spring clips. To remove them without breaking the plastic or the posts they must be lifted very gently, and then cut off with a wire cutter.

As I suspected the back air trunking is merely glued in and is removed easily by inserting (pushing in) a 1.5" or so, flat blade between the black plastic and the card, and running all around the edge of the visible glue whereupon it falls of, revealing the star washers for removal. I suspect when assembled the grey trim is fitted and secured first followed by gluing in the black air trunk on the inside of the card.

Also the the small vent louvered section comes out when pushed from the back!
