Default XC60 Bluetooth issues

I have recently got a Blackberry Pearl 8110 handset and have discovered it will not synchronise the phone book correctly.
Does anyone know if there are any updates or workarounds for either the XC60 or the Blackberry handset.

Change to another phone brand

sorry to be flippant, but Blackberry seem to have issues with several bluetooth connections - I know the guys I work with hate the 'connectivity' it offers - I have even seen 2 identical blackberries work differently with a headset, one perfectly the other refused to connect full stop, and I know that several have had issues with aftermarket car kits

I just got my XC60 last night and it took several attempts to get my Balckberry 8830 to synch up.
1. Make sure your phone is in discoverable mode
2. Enter the 4 digit code located in your owners manual (pg. 145, 0r 146 I think)
