Default New car - Recovery

Our RAC renewal came through the post today. Am about to pick up our new XC60 in a couple of weeks. Do Volvo's come with breakdown for a period? Our previous Audi's all had 3 years and then we usually get RAC or AA.

Do we need road side breakdown then?

Should be picking my new volvo friday and hadn't even thought about this . We are already in the RAC for our other cars .
