XC60 Tow bar fitting service needed

Hello
I have a 2020 XC60 and I have a previously used electric towbar that I would like to fit to my car. However, because it's not new or purchased from my main dealer they won't fit it. And because of the required software update towbar specialist's won't touch either!

Please can anyone point me in the direction of anyone who would be able to fit it. I'm based in the East Midlands but at this stage distance is not an issue to me.

Have you tried an independant, there is one in Polesworth - CP Motors. Ive never used but they have been established for years..
