Someone on here bought that only a few weeks back I think, odd that it's back on eBay again..........

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=190354180245

(to post a link to ebay go to the bid history page then copy the shortcut from "show item details", that way people can just click and not have to search for the link)

Cheers,
John

It was on when I was buying my R. Had a bit of a nosey at it, but it had a few too many "styling upgrades" for my liking...plus the service record becomes more important that that kind of mileage. Dry bearing will be the release bearing...which will by a concentric one on a car of that age. Brace yourself for a bill. Lot of car for the current money, though, especially with the gas kit.

cheers

James

Apologies in advance for dragging this post off topic later on.

I've noticed a good few cars seem to be circulating onto, off and back on ebay lately. I always find it very suspicious.

A lovely one I saw the other day was for a 480 turbo the seller had bought only the other week, saying I've always wanted one of these, but now I've got it I realized it's not a five seater - yeah, right . . . .

James, when did this happen - an R? You bought a bloody R and I haven't read about? Haven't received a private message making me puke with jealousy? How can this be, where have you been hiding it?
In the tone of Withnail after a bucketful, I demand that you reveal this stupendous motor car immediately (not just that twiddly lil' pic), or I shall be forced to call the management

Come on, fess up?

Cheers,

T

There's a link to a pic in my sig. I bought it back in October to replace my S70. I'm very pleased with it! What more is to tell?

cheers

James

Not much really, James.

I was really just wondering what happened to the S70 tbh.

Cheers,

It now belongs to SteveP. I've got to do a brake service and a few other bits and bobs on it in a couple of weeks!

cheers

James

Well, that's a happy end then. I thought maybe something bad had happened.

Cheers,

Well yeah, it has. It's now owned by a Brummie who will be abusing its poor stereo with copious amounts of prog rock!

cheers

James
