Default ‘92 240 b200 ignition timing

Can the ignition timing be adjusted on a B200 with a timing strobe.
It’s fairly lethargic and I’m wondering it the timing is out. I’ve done the cap, arm, leads and coil and nov

The other common possible issue is a blocked cat. Is it showing any fault codes?

A Volvo with a B200F won't be anything else than lethargic.

Did you drove the car before?
Is this special lethargic now?

Good luck, Kay
