  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Today the VOC app is saying the car has less than 0 miles on the odometer. Very strange.

( hijack alert..)
As a new user/owner of a MY22 XC90 ... this app is useless isnt it?.. it doesnt complete set up fails to connect continually. Ive uninstalled & reinstalled the app multiole time still no joy.
The dealer is trying to tell me 'your phone is too old' ( a 2016 samsung galaxy A3) - which I think is BullS!t...or are they correct?

Hi, my VolvoCar App works fine and has done since buying the car in December.
I only use it to start the car remotely to warm it up before getting in and it just works but hoping for some more features. Are you connected to the internet when launching the app and fairly close to your car? Assuming you have already paired your phone with the car too.

Yeah that's seems like a bug....perhaps reinstall it to see if it clears/corrects itself.

I have no problems with the Volvo cars app and find it very reliable
Try the volvo car app on another newer phone if you know anyone who will let you, I had to renew my Samsung phone after the app no longer worked (after a voc app update) with the old android version my phone worked on, but it was an older phone than yours.

When it works (mostly) it is fine.
I've had one outage which needed the App to be deleted and reinstalled. This was after an overnight upgrade to the App (newer version), It should be possible to upgrade without deleting!

I'm on iPhone 12 Mini talking to a V90 with the THREE Sim installed.

The overall odometer has now corrected itself, but I have still got the one journey with 48k miles on it though. I did delete the app this week and reinstall it. No difference.
