DAH Investments, the company (currently) behind the PGi Farnham "businesses" has been dissolved and will be officially struck off the Companies Register by Companies House tomorrow 15 December. Any trading they do after that date will have to be under another, as yet unknown name so if you buy from them without deeply checking out the company they "claim" to be (and you shouldn't no matter how good the car might LOOK) you will be in no better a position than if you'd bought something out of a suitcase off a fly-by-night unlicensed trader in a street market. Would you risk several thousands of pounds, and your own and other road users' safety on a trader like that? I seriously hope not.

PGi Volvo Estates Ltd liquidated
PGI Ltd is not a car business - the name is being used without permission of rightful owner

It most certainly is. (Follow your posted link to one of their many websites and you will see that it still claims to have a specialist used Volvo's (sic) business that's been trading successfully for 15 years. Rubbish! What they fail to mention is that it actually was several different UNsuccessful businesses, using the same premises. All now defunct anyway.)

The Surrey Advertiser motoring page is practically ALL PGi adverts and I have informed them of the history of this disreputable (putting it mildly) outfit and suggested that they should not assist them to sell dodgy cars and then escape the consequences by shutting down the companies behind the many alternative names they use, putting all road users at risk.

Unfortunately they don't sell many Volvos anymore so if any of you are members of any other car forums please spread the word - they sell all sorts now and so many more potential customers are at risk. And of course, as of now, DAH Investments is kaput, struck off this week

so no-one as yet even knows what the company is called that's now behind the PGi forecourts so you won't know who to sue when things go wrong, and even if you did, THAT company will most likely have shut down by the time you get to court and even though the forecourts will still be full and taking money, your CCJ will get you nothing if the company is bust.
