Retro fitting 240 rear Anti Roll Bar to a 145???
First post here so erm, hi!
My parents own this 1972 145 Deluxe- As you can see the back end there is a little low (emphasised by the sloped drive), but my dad has since fitted brand new shocks and uprated springs. Problem is that now with the higher ride height it rolls like mad and fells like its got rear wheel steering! Kinda inevitable seeing as it's got no ARB!!! So will the later 240 ARB's fit onto an older 145? What parts are needed? Cheers, Guy |

The 240 anti roll bar will only fit onto the late 74- 140 and 164 models.
As your car is older than that the anser is no. You could try making brakets to mount the bar on with. You uprated spings must be a bit soft as they should have reduced the roll. The other option you have is to try a IPD ARB kit |
