Default Amazon brake bias valve

Hello everyone!

Its been some time since I have posted on here, thats probably because my Amazon has been giving me loads of fault free miles. Until now.... its become aparent my rear brakes might have stopped working some time ago... maybe a year and 4000 miles when I started to notice the lack of rear brakes!

Now its winter and I have swapped to some early rims with very old tyres and can now confirm the rear brakes are just an ornament!

So the Amazon is a 67 estate with single line brakes, no servo. My idea is, fit a remote servo and bin the dodgy bias valve. What do you guys think?

Looking on brookhouse it suggests some cars had them and some didnt, but not 100% sure or not. Any thoughts?
