Hi there,
I have an 09 plate XC90 with a satnav cradle on the dashboard which I am told by my Volvo dealer is suitable for a Garmin. can you supply a satnav unit for this?
I also need to get a bluetooth device installed and wonder if you can help?

The XC60 wasn't mentioned in the original post, but just wondering if a MY2013 (on order) XC60 SE with High Performance (non multi-media 5") sound system (with f&r parking sensors in case that is relevant) can be upgraded as follows, this or any other non-Volvo way?

5 -> 7 inch screen (ideally with auxiliary, accessible, HDMI input so that *any* AV source can be connected in future!!!)
add nav system

And ideally also:

front blind view camera
rear parking camera
add DVB-T/Freeview
cd -> cd/dvd player

All while retaining integration with all existing car functionality and controls, and using existing controls to control new functionality...

I expect some or all of this can't be done but would be good to know... Itemised pricing would be good in case the lot blows the budget.

Two questions:

1. what kind of nav software is used, and how would map updates be obtained?
2. does the installation of this have any impact on warranty, beyond of course the warranty relating to the equipment actually replaced or added?

Could you please quote me on a SAT NAV/DVD installation with 2 x headrest screens and DVD player fixed under the driver seat?

Would this system be separate from the factory fitted in dash stereo and therefore not effect the 6 CD changer etc? If not, could you please send me a few pictures of your work?

Could I also have a quote for including a reverse CAM patched to the main display unit?

We have a XC90 and are interested in the RSE.

It is an RDesign with black leather. Registered 2013 (but I think was built in Sept/Oct 2012)
