I suppose the real car "might" look more green from a certain angle.

However, at one time, Volvo used a proper green as in the attached image.
I've seen the swatch of this and it is more green than it is grey, although not as green as Olive Green!.....

But still close to grey heh?

A bit like the "Birch Light" blandness.

My Olive Green Pearl 850 Estate was stunning when the sun shone!

Default Retro fit to older models

Will the Wireless charging and sleeping fob be available for use with older models?

The FOB sounds like it should be as there is no change to the car, just buy a new fob and have it programmed to the car.

Could there be an after market kit to add a wireless charging pad to the centre console of each model? For me I'd want this to be combined with wireless Apple Carplay though, as I currently need to plug a cable in to do this and it charges the phones at the same time.

Yes, I agree, unless you have wireless Android Auto or Car Play, wireless charging is less useful.

You can easily get a wireless charger off eBay/AliExpress for £50 or so (which I have, but don't use because I need to plug in for Android Auto)

With the Tesla Model Y rumoured to be coming in at ~£45k with most stuff standard, the Volvo looks less appealing.

Couldn't see a figure for the P8 all-electric range. The Y is going to be ~300 miles.
That's a heck of a premium for the P8. Sat in a Tesla a while ago - great technology but materials, fit and finish weren't as good as Volvo.

Press release for the P8 quotes a range of 'over 400km' so 250-ish miles.

Someone posted on here pre-launch of the P8 that if it had c.300 mile range and a decent spec for under £40000 Volvo sell rather a lot of units - I tend to agree. Sadly such a thing is not to be - yet.

Read elsewhere that MY21 gets those annoying Audi style sequential indicators.

It could be that Volvo are aiming the P8 at business users due to the very low tax associated with the vehicle and thus are making more of a profit on those as the company will be picking up the vehicle cost rather than retail customers? At some point they will offer a cheaper version I’m sure. Just like the XC40 now starts at £24K rather than the £40K the first edition models attracted.
