I know of 2 other forums where it has happened in the last few months.

I would also guess you have never had to deal with the fallout from having your reg number "borrowed". Alas, it is down to you to prove it was not your vehicle that is implicated in any criminal activity. And that can be a lot harder than you think. It took nearly a year before the authorities would leave my father in peace after someone cloned his cars reg number (in the old-fashioned manner I would guess as he has almost no knowledge of the internet) and started to collect tickets.
This is getting as silly as not being able to take pictures of your kids in panto or on sports day for the fear of them ending up on a paedophile web site.
I've added some pretty good content in the past, but as usual, the small minority object, and spoil it for the majority, so I won't bother anymore.
Lets draw a line on this one, and just remember what a very very good time was had by all.

They all should be. Unfortunately, the reality is very different. Everyone has an axe to grind about a bad experience at some dealership somewhere.
Fortunately for myself, I'm local to MRG and as those who attended Saturday's meet have found out this is an exceptional dealership run and staffed by a team of genuine car (not just Volvo) enthusiasts.

Featured car.....
Found hiding in a very understated manner in the corner.
The Missfire Williams bonkers 850.. . .. . .. .
Nobody really knows how fast it is, but it's too fast for it's own good!
Nobody really knows how powerful it is, but it could run a small country.

It's a fast car :-) I enjoyed my run in it. Nice turbo, and nice power delivery in a sensible, usable rev range.

Cheers, Pete
