Folks are reading this but not really responding due to your question being pretty open ended... I will take a stab at it...

Daily use items (I often refer to them as consumables) are fairly easy to come by. This would be things like light bulbs, points, plugs, oil and air filters. I'm in the states but I would think your local import autoparts store would have all of those.

Larger replacement/restoration parts are also available if you are looking at more of a project type car. In the last few years, several companies in Sweden have started reproducing most of the parts for those cars. Sheet metal repair sections are fairly common as most of these cars have some rust in them from the last 40 years of life. Interior stuff is also available; Everything from original pattern seats and door cards to headliners and floor mats. Some of the interior stuff is expensive if you are looking for the exact pattern stuff but it's very nice.

All and all they are great cars that if taken care of, will provide you with another 40 years of transportation and style. If you have further specific questions, please ask. Folks on this board run the range from having wonderfull show cars that are only driven on sunny days to daily drivers who have pretty beat cars they love.

Chris has summed up the attracton of Amazon ownership very well.

In the UK, as he says, most of the consumable items can be obtained from a local motor factor - oil filter, points, bulbs, bearings, brake pipes, etc are usually at Ford prices.

For those mechanical parts unique to an Amazon or 1800, there are several UK suppliers all competing for our business, which helps to keeps prices at a reasonable level, and the ease of importing from Sweden and Holland also serves to keep prices down.

Small body parts are reasonable for a classic of this age, lower rear quarters, sills, inner wing panels are available.

Large body parts are a different matter. Because they rust, secondhand front wings are not less than £250 a side.

Fortunately Amazons are not reaching such high sales prices that rebuilds of poor examples are economically viable so there is a supply of cars being broken for spares and these can provide a lot of trim parts and other spares at sensible prices.

Have a look around on the Scandcar site
That gives you an idea what's available and at which prices.
