PV brake master cylinder
Hi, in the manual, chapter "brakes" section 9 it talks about "equalizing holes" in the master cylinder. What exactly is the purpose of these? Do they equalize the brake pull back & front, front only, left and right,or it something else?

As I understand it, they are to allow the fluid to flow between the cylinder and reservoir so that no pressure builds in the cylinder.

arturus;
I'm with "of" on this, but if you could find a cut-away view of the MC, perhaps in a factory manual, it might have internal features labeled, so one could study their function and figure out what they do in service... Good Hunting! |
