  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

It depends on whose VM you are using, I was using Oracle VirtualBox and the setting was in the USB section of the VM's settings. It defaults to USB 1.1, which is not very helpful! To enable 2 or 3 I needed to install a patch of some sort iirc.

I have added two pictures, one with the device manager and second with the usb settings on VM. Do I need another driver?

I know it is possible to use this with a virtual machine as I've seen others do it. Back when I have VWs I had VCDS running via a virtual machine with no problems at all, but it appears Vida Dice is a little more temperamental in this regard.

In the end I gave up entirely and just bought a cheap Windows 7 laptop off eBay.
