Default exhaust wanted

can anybody reccomend a supplier for a full stainless steel system for a V90 please / my own car is currently fitted with an oe exhaust which has started to blow just in front of the cat , thinking stainless might be the better option in replacement lifespan as ive no intention to sell the car

Default exhaust system for V90

I case you are still looking could I suggest you find a Mr Exhaust garage. The one in Reigate, Surrey quoted me a good price for the whole lot including fitting and was a good price I thought. Sadly I cannot recall the price and I have lost the quote, sorry. But Google Mr Exhaust and see what comes up.

It's a bit of a drive from where you are but try :

http://demandengineering.co.uk/

Good quality kit and workmanship, not made using cheap universal bits either.

Has anyone experienced PFS in Wellingborough (Parts For Volvo's) section? They sell Stainless systems with or without the cat according to their Website.

Not for the V90 though it would seem - in fact i couldn't find any exhaust parts for the V90 on PFV except a clamp!

Also looking it up on the Klarius webcat, it appears the cat is integral with the front pipes on the V90 and also provides the mounting point for the pre-cat Lambda sensor.

I did make the assumption it was a 1997 model for the purposes of searching, whether that's right, wrong or a lucky guess i don't know. As such i might well be wrong.

I could build one the same as mine. Are you looking for standard system but in stainless or something that will flow better?
