Default Omegas wheels please. One or a set. Usable condition.

Hello from The Land of 240s.

I'm looking to change to Omega wheels. 15" and I see yourselves class them as boring.
A reasonable general use standard would suit me please. Or a bit better. But I don't want the responsibility of really good condition wheels.

I could buy as a set or buy in dribs or even drabs. I do want the centre caps please. Five wheels and five centre caps would be cushti please.

I'm near the Dartford Crossing and am willing to travel a bit.

With or without tyres. I'm aiming to get a set of new tyres fitted when I have bought the wheels.

Cash awaits.

Thank you - Stephen

Thanks. I appreciate help.

Is that this design? http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/kCcAAO...T6Z/s-l300.jpg

They appear to be 6 x 15 wheels is that right? That's the size I reckon to buy. How many do you have available please and do they all have centre caps? You might want to message a price?

Having just seen them I am cogitating. If they are 6 x 15 and as they are a clean look but of a gentle appearance, they become at least as good a choice as Omega. Re distance, I know a very helpful delivery firm.

Hi Steven,
Sorry for the delay, yes they are the ones, I have 5 with centre caps and have a set on my 940,they look good IMO especially when clean.......!!!
Because of their age they may have slight rim grazing but I need to clean them & send you detailed pictures.
I have 2 spare sets and intend to keep my 940 so I will try and be fair with my sale & condition of the one's for you.

I'm on andy.can@btinternet.com..............regards

Hi Stephen
Here are my wheels with centre caps, I have an idea that even mine would need a refurb from a good wheel specialist so to be onest' there's not much between all of my alloys.
These are presentable, some rims are better than others and I'm happy with £50 for the 5 and with the marque fast disappearing I don't know if you will find any others in any better condition.
The tyres are all shot but to have em' removed will cost me extra, more pics if you wish................

regards Andy

Thank you. I am very interested. As you know I wasn't thinking of this design. I hadn't heard of them. They could be good on a silver 240. I'll look for a pic on the interweb of a 240 or 740 wearing this design of wheel.

Whatever tyres I buy the depot can remove any existing tyres. I can get a quote from a carrier to collect the wheels. Could you tell me your postcode please?

Do you happen to have one or even two additional spares? With centre caps? Is there another centre cap? Oops I am in danger of asking for all your spare centre caps as well as the wheels!

I have a couple of half offers of Omegas. I am seriously cogitating your Aries wheels. They would I think give a gentler appearance on the silver 240.

Hi Stephen,

my postcode is WR11 7PD, sorry but the 4 centre caps and wheels are all I'm prepared to part with.
Looking on various sites I find these centre caps getting rare and some one is selling a set of 4 on fleabay at £20,they are no longer available from dealers or Volvo.
The centre caps on this wheel design were different to other wheels and only fitted 2 or 3 other designed wheels made by Volvo.
I intend to keep my Volvo for many years so I need back up parts for any problems.

Kind regards
Andy
