Without wishing to hijack anybody else's possible sale for a moment I have a single NIVO which came off my 98 V70R AWD. Split gators, done 170k, looks heavily rusted but in perfect working order ( so much so that a Volvo independent who shall remain nameless saw no point in replacing it with a new one after the nearside failed ) happy to send images. I disagreed hence it is for sale. £50 plus post seems reasonable ? |

Thanks for your proposal, but in order to be more efficient, I prefer to have it by pair coming from the same car.
If you have some others addresses in UK or in Europe to see if Viva price can be challenged, I'm interested also. I just have order all necessary for the front, and rear springs also. I will only miss the rear nivo

Have to say I totally agree with you so no problem. FRC in Swansea gave me a good price but one of their Eastern European chappies gave me a load of back chat whilst simultaneously illustrating he knew nothing about the products he was selling - for these reasons I took my business to Viva who were absolutely first rate. Faultless knowledge about what they were selling and could not have done more when my credit card company did the usual $US dishonour And I saved over 150 quid ! Good call bigfella |

I should add Acidiv Davey is a good bloke, I imagined he is bogged down in some nonsense or ill hence the lack of a reply. This is not like him at all, so you may wish to be a little patient.

Apologies for the huge delay, I had simply forgotten to check in here for a while due to personal circumstances.
They came off a 98 V70 R AWD with 130,000 miles on it and they appeared to hold up the car fine (Y). IMG_4115 by AcidicDavey, on Flickr IMG_4116 by AcidicDavey, on Flickr

And the offside one I have offered you looks just as bad as these two !!!!!! However, as I think I previously stated done 172k and worked fine ( unlike the nearside which failed ) As you are learning, secondhand AWD Nivos are worth their weight in gold, snap them up whilst you can !!! |

Thanks for the pics
what bother me is the boot. Do you know, Davey or BigFella, if it can be replaced? it looks like a steering boots, if we can dismantle the bottom part, it should be possible :-k
