calibano Member Last Online: Nov 10th, 2022 09:35 Join Date: Mar 2010 Location: london	'78 244 5 speed gearbox Dear all, After covering many times the distance between London and Rome and back with my 4 speed 1978 I (and my bum) want to try the hedonistic feel of a 5 speed gearbox. I think an early M47 with mechanical speedometer should fit. If any of you had anything suitable please do PM ME. Couldn't do the job myself, I have been quoted 160 quid by the local garage. How does that sound. Best, leonardo
