S40 2L Diesel code 019

Hi,
My Volvo s40 2008 2l diesel keeps going into limp in high revs and showing engine System Service Required when I hold the trip it says error code 019 - which I searched up and found it has something to do with eeloys additive needing topping up - I’ve taken it to two mechanics who can’t find the tank and also can’t diagnose any other issues, do you guys think this is the issue and if so do you know where i can locate the tank?

I'm not familiar with this model but, this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0tdT93OXAI may throw some light on it...This may not be the exact model, but may give you some idea of what the tank location is & what's involved ?

Are you sure you even have a dpf? My 2009 c30 2.0d came from factory without a dpf and i know loads of other 2.0d engines don't have a dpf in their 2007-2010 models
