No, these are from another supplier of clear lenses and are for just the lenses themselves.

As soon as I receive them I'll pop up pictures along with before and after lights. If interest is enough I'll arrange a group buy.

Hi Hadrian,

How much did the zkw lenses cost you and where did you get them from?

Just done the courtesy lights for now if ok will change the reading lights as well
Just found out that the bulbs were constantly live not bright just one of the LEDs dimly lit but enough for me to unplug them. Would appreciate it if someone could give some advise as to where I can source the holders from.

Side light bulbs are tower SMD's and I have also fitted a set of 90mm CCFL Halo's, they do look good but I am half expecting the inverters to go pop any moment!!!

I would also add if your reflectors are looking poor, you could get them stripped and replated at most decorative chrome platers.
Hadrian, quick questions - where are you getting the HIR HB3's from. I could only find North American suppliers.

Also, where did you get the 90mm CCFL? and where did you wire them to, the side lights I presume?

Hi Hadrian,

How much did the zkw lenses cost you and where did you get them from?

They came from the states via Retrofit... Price wise I can't remember but postage and taxes cost more than the lenses!!

I have found a supplier in Europe that does them but from what I can gather they have a slightly different base/tabs and need slight modification to fit.

The CCFL's came from China via ebay, you will need inverters too. There are lots about for sale, try and get ones that just have one output ie will only drive one ring/ not BMW compatible. As I mentioned they are prone to blowing so LED's may be the way to go....
Wired to the side lights.

I have seen these on ebay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10pcs-501-...item2c6d2b5415

Not entirely sure they're 100% right but not expensive if they're wrong, other than that you could try sending the seller a message asking for more pics. Only other advice is to find your local motor factors and see if they can help.

Many thanks for the link, have ordered them as you said they are cheap so not worried if they are not the correct ones also ordered these ones of ebay last night so hopefully 1 of the 2 will fit.

they look quite similar, but fingers crossed at least one of the two work! Also handy to have some spare.

They arrived yesterday and put in and they are working a treat, one question the green led light on the console does that stay lit all the time? Have you replaced the bulbs for the orange side markers with led's?

That's good news!

By the green led on the console do you mean the back light behind the climate and radio controls? That's on all the time as that comes on when the headlights are activated, as they are on all the time (day time running lights) the back light on the controls and dials are on all the time as well. I believe drl's can be tuned off with a software update from a main dealer.

I haven't bothered with the side markers as I'm not sure what the benefit may be?
