Default BREAKING - Volvo S90/Late 960 (parts will fit 940 and 960)

Hi guys,

as per title, breaking an S90. Unfortunately it is a bit more uneconomical to put back on the road than I first thought. Plenty of good parts to put into other cars though.

For anyone not in the know, the S90/V90 was the pinacle of Volvo RWD. It was the last incarnation of the Volvo 960s rebadged to come in line with the new naming system of S70/V70 etc.

Doorcards are already provisionally sold, but everything else still remains.
Wheels are the nicer Andromedas and they might also sell as someone is interested but I was after a little bit more than what was offered. They are curbed round the edges but the middles look pretty good. Would look good with some paint round the curbed edges.

Interior is the later style leather interior, it is a bit worn as there is some splits to the stitching in the leather on the drivers seat and also cracking. However with some TLC i bet it could look pretty good with those dye kits from gliptone.

Lights are all good. The rears might suit someone with a 940 saloon who wants the later red and clear style (much nicer than the red, clear and amber ones!)

Anyway, if anyone wants anything then just send me a message

Cheers,

Yoda960

I'll have the R/H mirror lens please (provided the heater works). Has it got cruise control, outside temp sensor etc??. Is this the one with the beige interior?....

No cruise or temp sensor, its got the beige type interior but the latest style with the piped seats.

Mirrors are heated and adjustable just like the 940 mirrors, will have to check they work ok though.

Give me a day and will get back to you both

As Kizzer said - will fit 940.

These seats are not in the greatest condition, but I do think they could clean up well, the drivers seat is the one with issues. It has cracking to the leather and a split in the leather. There is also a 4 inch bit of piping on the bolster which the leather has worn off. I need to get some better pics really - these pics are only the ones my friend sent. I think the cracked/crazed bolster bit could look much better with one of those gliptone dye kits and a good clean/condition, and the split in the leather could be bonded together. I might try and do this myself unless anyone wants to take them as is but cheap.
