Default OSF External door handle

Looking for a drivers External door handle for a 2001 V40 if anyone is breaking
one. Just wondering if It needs to be colour matched as if I can get the assemblies apart I can swap bits.

Are you looking for the standard black one, or a chrome handle?

I am afraid I don't have any chrome ones atm. Have you had a look on eBay? Either the driver's or rear drivers one will do, as the chrome bit is identical

OK Thanks for looking.
Am I correct in assuming that I can remove the handle from the surround so as I can use my own colour matched parts?

Yes, that's right. All you need to do, is to file down two small notches on the metal rod, that stop it coming out. File them, until they are flat and you can then push out the metal rod and remove the chrome bit of the handle
