The original odometer stopped working at 80144 miles. It was replaced with another unit reading about 71000 miles. Two months ago the original one was repaired (new cogs and with instructions of how to repair from Chris Wickers) this original odometer is now back on the car. The car did about 3000 miles with the temporary unit. The car mileage has done 83000 miles but the original odometer reads 80433 miles.
The car is still in my garage and I am waiting for the buyer to collect it. (Only a deposit has been paid, I will give until the weekend and then re advertise the car)
