Cool re 15inch alloys

Beware of fitting 15 inch alloys if car is at present driving on 14 inch wheels you may have to upgrade your brake discs and calipers ect ihave driven on 14 inch for last 11 years in my 87 estate and found no difference to15inch that i had on my previous cars ie a 122 and a 164,still its everyones choice to upgrade if the capital is there to use knowing volvo prices. Hope this information helps...to have wrong braking system could be dangerous and costly...sunnyvic

Default brakes renewal???

the 14 inch and 15 inch wheels/tyres tend to have same rollingcircumference.

no need to upgrade brakes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smile no need to upgrade incorrect

i have never in my 43years driving found any rolling effect with 14 or 15 inch tyres unless they are under or over pressure.as regards brake upgrade you may well be right brodgar but you see i would rather be safe than very, very sorry.discs fitted as original by volvo for 14inch are specifly for that size wheel, i do not intend to get in an argument over this brake or wheel size,i only know what i would do for mine and my families safety,,but everyone to their own choice. i dont have superior knowledge to say otherwise...sunnyvic
