Default XC90 2008 Service Schedule

Hi,

Where will I find a service schedule for my 2008 XC90 D5?

I've looked and looked.

I'm at 166k, and want to be a bit proactive about the next timing belt change.

I want 250k out of her!

Thanks,

M

I'm guessing yours is a 185bhp D5, if so the timing belt interval is 108K miles or 10 years which ever is sooner.

So assuming yours has already been changed then walk it fwd using the above.

Hope it helps

Hi the 2008 D5 185BHP is 18k or 12 months servicing, maybe the above refers to the 163BHP D5 from earlier versions.

The "myVolvo" pages on the Volvo web site has all the details (or it used to, I believe it may have changed recently,) but be careful it assumes your doing 18k per year (naughty Volvo in my opinion,) and therefore suggests lots of things require to be done earlier than actually needed as it should be mileage/age dependent, but your service book in the car also has all the details about the major scheduled items.

Hope it helps
