1980 244 Wipers

Help ! I have a 1980 244 with 'bayonet' style flat wiper arms I have been searching for 16" wiper blades to fit these arms with no success, does anyone know where I can get either the plastic connectors to fit standard 'hook' type fitting blades to enable me to use them on these arms or is there any other adapter to convert these arms to hook type fitting.
I was going to fit newer 240 wiper arms but my 244 has the push fit style older arms, any help would be appreciated, you used to get a box of adapters when you bought new blades but I have bought two sets of blades and they just fit the hook type arms !
