2018 XC60 possibly a new order

Hi All,

this would be my first Volvo, looking at the XC60 D4 not sure on a few things

how is the manual gearbox compared with the auto?
any must have options?
also is there an SD card for playing music? forgot to check
how is the standard sound system?

sadly garage is a fair bit from me so will check when I go for test drive but wanted to go with some feedback from owners

Have only ever had auto would not have anything else

Auto gearbox all the time
360 camera is brilliant screen looks like drone view of your car so easy for parking
Volvo on call will give you remote start and send destination to car very good
lastly winter pack for heated seats
have a look at my spec only one problem if retail value of car goes above 40K they road tax is increased for first 5 years

Definitely auto gearbox. After that set your budget and then we could advise how to spend it.

All of these, especially the auto box. Not sure what's standard on an XC60 but also consider any Intellisafe kit which isn't standard and the pano roof.

There isn't an SD card slot but you can plug in a USB stick. My Sandisk 128GB stick works fine. The standard sound system on the XC90 is really very good; not sure if XC60 is the same.

The XC60 standard sound system is excellent and even more so if you tweak it for just the front seats. Rear passengers can still hear it from the front setup.
