Hard to describe a sound, does it only happen when brakes are applie ?, could be a braking issue or possably a wheel bearing showing its age.take a look at the condition of the pads

Yes only when braking. the rotors and pads were changed 3 month ago. All good there.I dont think its a wheel baring issue.
I know its hard but imagine a fan working and wen you stop it stops working and you can hear it going of until it stops but its all very fast.Could be torque converter?
Thank you for the reply

I know it's torturous trying to describe or interpret a sound from words.
My favorite is when people take a video and post it and add, "By the way, the sound is lousy on my video".

From the 'sound' of it I'd suspect pad chatter.
Check each wheel. See it the pads are wearing evenly. Get a 7mm hex head and take out each glide pin and check for dryness.
Remember, you can inspect the pins one at a time and you won't disturb anything.
People put grease on the back of the pads to arrest chatter. My friends have always used a sticky spray for the same purpose.

Hello.
Thank You for your answers.
but i think I have explained it wrong. Imagine a blow up valve from a groub b rally car. when the car stops its when you hear it. looks like the clutch of the gearbox disengaging. Not a brake thing , at least it doesn't sound like it and its on the front of the engine almost gearbox, it doesn't sound like coming from the wheels. so the car stops and you hear that owl like decelerating. But after the car stops not even a second after like the fan from the blower going off....
