Losing some of the settings is a complete arse. Do they really expect us to sit and re-adjust everything after each service. I've also lost the seat warming facility during the pre-warm function, now I know this isn't a life threatening problem but it was available when I bought the car and is now disabled and it leaves a bad user experience.

Audi dealers seem to be taught to gouge customers by uplifting invoices at every service opportunity. That was my experience during six years of ownership of a Q7 and with two different but equally crooked dealers.

EDIT: I have just checked and as you say it no longer came up when usb inserted in to the slot. You can still link a driver profile to a key though. Last edited by nu11eaf; Feb 21st, 2018 at 16:30. |

Just had my car (XC90 T8 18my) updated and can confirm that if preconditioning is triggered by the scheduled timers the seat heat \ steering heat options come on (if checked) but manual trigger via VOC app doesn't bring them on even if checked. As mentioned this is a change from the pre Nov 17 release. Ideally I'd like to see the options for seat heat \steering heat settable per schedule item as well as options when manually triggering from VOC. |
