I really miss not having a temperature gauge which was almost unforgivable oversight but..... not worth 950 EU.

Volvo used to lead the market when it came to instrumentation, I remember the dash on my 1989 440 - really clear evenly backlit dials. Most cars at the time had much harder to read front lit. However on some of the modern cars they went for this metallic dial and front lit arrangement which I'm sure was cheaper but vastly inferior.

I have had a 2012 XC70 since it was new. Recently got one more, a 2016. The newer one has the TFT instrument, but I can't say it's that much funnier that it's worth any hassle to upgrade an older one.
