S90 & 940 common parts

there is a S90 being decommissioned for parts sales near my place and my 940 needs some parts replacement.
Anyone has experience fitting S90 doors and seats into 940?

I ran full seats from a v90 in my old 940. Direct bolt in, and much more supportive and comfy (they are the more sculpted bucket versions compared to the 940 flatter wider ones) - only real difference i found was the heated seats took longer to warm up on the new ones, but that may be a leather vs. cloth thing.

Afraid I can't help with door cards, but they are SUPER easy to remove from a 940 - I kid you not a minuite if that - so nothing really lost in checking the location of mounting holes etc if no-one else has done the swap. I do however have a feeling that for the s/v90 old model (not the spaceship new one) they had already swapped from vertical to conventional door handles so I wouldn't be suprised to find they don't fit.

Hopefully soemone will be along with a definite answer - but seats should be fine

Front seats are interchangeable. The majority of S/V90 fronts are powered so if you want this function in your 940 then you will need to check if wiring is already present or it will need to be added.

I have only ever owned estates but I'm sure S90 rear seats are interchangeable with those from 940.

Are you talking about doors or door cards...?

actually i just wanted the window chrome linings, but seller only sells entire door, so i thought it would be easier to just replace the entire door.
After much thought, i will give it a miss this time. Got more issues to solve in my 940. Engine Not starting, and car is far away from home with a friend,....

The doors do fit but the side trims are not in the same position
