1996 Manual 850 T5 Estate for sale
Hi
We're selling our T5, which we have owned since 2005. It is roadworthy and MOT'd but does need work. It would make a good project for an enthusiast. It is a black seven seat estate manual which has done just over 190,000. The mileometer does not show this because it has suffered from the common gearing fault - we have bought the new gears but not fitted them - they wait in the glove compartment. We have done very few miles in it during the last few years as it has been our standby car when our other one has to go in for work on it. Apart from the failed mileometer, its main defects are sun-affected paintwork on the roof, a scuff on the front bumper, a minor oil leak (either a worn crankshaft seal or blocked breathers) and the headlight dip adjustment motors need refitting or replacement. In terms of pricing, we are open to offers, but would be hoping for something in mid-upper three figure region. Last edited by JohnandFionaRyland; Jul 13th, 2015 at 21:23. Reason: Forgot to give a price! |

Given the time which has elapsed since your post would I be right to assume you have sold your 850. Paul |
