Default New larger XC90 model and smaller XC40 being considered

Hi All,

I came across this : https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/volvo/...c40-considered

Might be more SUV choices coming soon to Volvo.

Seems obvious really - never truly believed their earlier claims that they'd cease v40 production and not replace it (notwithstanding the Polestar 2 or whatever its called). Plus the XC40 is a fair sized car and there were rumours of a scaled down version XC20 a couple of years back - that I think would sell well

Honestly I don't agree that they enter in the small SUV segment. It's already packed with options from all existing car brands.
I would see a Volvo competing in the Mercedes B class segment.

Wow a bigger XC90! That will most likely have it's own gravitational field!

Volvo need a tiny SUV ... Like a Jimny, smaller than a T Cross

Know quite a few who want an SUV, but feel ALL current premium ones too big

Great news, I am struggling to fit all my work equipment and two passengers in the current model.

I hope they have a pure diesel option.
