Default Who is on their 2nd XC60?

I have got one of the first 2.4 Drives of 09 vintage and will be replacing it in the new year. I have absolutely loved the car and still look forward to getting behind the wheel every day. The one regret I have is not having ordered leather pews but apart from that the car has not missed a beat in 40k miles and the only problem was one of the front LEDs going wrong.

Normally I would go for a different car when I change (I've had VWs, Audis, Alfas - different brand each time) but I think I am gonna go again with another XC60 because it is so impressive... I really cannot think of anything else I would like whilst meeting the needs of space etc... but I will go D5 etc next time.

Just wondered if anyone else has gone again with the XC60?

That's a "yes" for me.

And you are right about the leather - makes the car feel extra-special!

Yep. Had a 2010 D5 geartronic SE Lux and swopped it for a
2012 D5 geartronic SE Lux in July this year. First time I have changed a car in such a short space of time (got offered a good deal and fancied the newer model)

Had a D5 SE Lux since 09 and am about to take the plunge and order a new one, just faffing over options and colour.

We have enjoyed having the car, it has been recalled a few times for updates, the horn failed and was replaced, the 'pod' went blank for one journey but has not missed a beat since, had a replacement windscreen due to a big stone chip and we still have an intermittent fault with the power tailgate which every now and then decides it does not want to work!

Other than that, it has taken us all over Europe in rain, sun and some appalling winter weather in total comfort.

Just wish they did it in more colours!

Well my wife didn't want them her side and there is a warning in the manual that I thought I would take heed of. You know the saying "No sense, no feeling" - or perhaps it should be the other way round? Not quite sure on that one!
