Not sure if you’re still searching but I’ll add this any way.

I use one of these in my 2003 model FirstE Bluetooth FM Transmitter, Car Radio Audio Adapter MP3 Player Handsfree Car Kit with Dual USB Ports 5V/3.1A, LED Display Car Voltage, Play TF Card/USB Flash Drive for iPhone,iPad,Samsung https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07BF52B..._31ySEb1JFK91X

It’s very good. I’ve also hardwired my wireless charger in to the fuse box so no dangling wires to be seen.

Thanks, opted for a £16 12v fm transmitter type.

Works perfect and it’s a nice looking charger too.

I'm late to this party but thought my contribution may help somebody looking for a cost-effective option similar to DanielPSmith's suggestion.
I fitted a simple Bluetooth Handsfree Audio Music Receiver Stereo 3.5mm AUX Adapter with USB similar to the item at this link.

I simply tapped into the wires underneath the centre console following the installation instructions for the AUX2BT9 module from V-Division (their website is down). I then fed the cables below the console to the lower section of the radio unit just above the 12V charger. Works a treat and can << skip backwards | skup forwards>>, play music and answer calls hands free.
