Default Volvo V50 2.0d hesitates around 2000rpm HELP

Hi, just bought a volvo v50 r-design 2.0d . It hesitates for a split second every so often around 2000 revs. once above that it seems to be fine and will cruise along no problem. Seems to be a common issue from what im reading. Anyone had same problem and managed to cure it? thanks

Throttle body boost leak, a hose may need nipping up, or it can be fixed with rubber almalgamating tape, at worse you have a split boost pipe/hose.

Can also be bubbles in your fuel line which can be observed by the fuel filter housing. Best to bleed and use a Vac pump to suck the fuel through before reattaching the line.
