Shark used to be very good for Volvo, though are no longer trading.
Celtic tuning is an option but they have exaggerated claims, very few actually get the figures quoted.
MTE are good though not sure if they offer anything for your car. I'd give Don at Kalmer Union a shout. They're proper Swedish mappers for Volvo.
Yes, but are said claims based on a car in A1 order? Lots can effect a car over the years so personally, I'd never be taking any claims as gospel... you could map XX number of identical cars and get wildly varying figures out the other end. A good map isn't about outright figures, it's about how the car drives and whether its safe. I'm actually surprised Celtic have figures quoted and be even more surprised if they don't have a disclaimer saying "these aren't rules, they're guidelines"

Well its done and ended up going for the performance map.

Supposed to have gone from 185bhp to 235bhp and from 400nm to 475nm.

Not driven the car yet so time will tell.

Well it's a different car, first thing noticed is the throttle response only got to touch it now.

It certainly feels much quicker, as said time will tell.

Might part of it simply be mapping throttle response so 10% pedal travel now is mapped to give 20% of WOT rather than 10% as before? Not saying it is, but could be. I used to have a Z4M and the sport button did just that, nothing else but adjust the throttle map to make it more aggressive.
