Measured gap, couldn’t get enough feeler gauge blades to sit together, gap is bigger than 1.6mm. No wonder it doesn’t work when it warms https://flic.kr/p/27Vfaho

Gap now within spec 0.3-0.4mm
Any idea where the brake pad puller instructions are,I couldn't find them..

Can't find puller instructions either.

Basically there is a centre bolt with a 10mm head, remove this and insert a longer bolt in the same hole with about 25mm sticking out.

There are 3 holes which accept m5 bolts, measure the distance between these then drill corresponding 6mm holes in a piece of metal. The m5 bolts need to be 40/50mm long.

I used an old brake pad, anything similar would do.

Place the metal pad on top of the centre bolt and screw in the three m5 bolts evenly..

The pulley will pop off.

Also needs quite a bit of force to retighten centre bolt after completion.

When the compressor clutch gap was the problem for me, I fixed it with this simple and free solution.
No compressor removal and no puller required.
