Default Best Fuel Pressure Regulator

Hi All

Please can someone recommend a high quality adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

I have done a few mods to my 940 so I am in the need of one. The cheap eBay one are proper naff and I've had one fail before.

I have been looking at the site ones but at £125 they are pretty expensive.

Thanks

Joe

Hi

Thanks Guys.

I have been looking at the Sytec ones. My original post was supposed to say 'Sytec'. Auto correct changed it!

The Nuke ones look good but more money again.

Il get a Sytec one ordered. 👍

Thanks

Joe

Are you looking @ https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sytec-Fue...8/182309276902 for the fuel rail adaptor?

Have you thought about changing the fuel rail and doing AN fittings? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/For-Volvo...k/223616039450

quality is directly proportional to the amount of money ! I daresay a formula 1 regulator costs £5000 but even those fail ...

Hi mate.

Ive not seen either of those items before but was looking into a fuel rail adaptor.

Do you have either if these on your car? And do you know if a modified fuel rail is necessary for 300 whp?

Thanks

Joe

Haha. While i agree that higher cost normally equals higher quality unfortunately i have to have some regulation on what i pay for certain items.

I don't have them and I don't know.

I do know the union which screws onto the fuel rail is a M14 1.5 pitch backing nut and a cone/flanged end. That rail is a AN10 and I can not find a adaptor for it. Only an10 cone/flange with a M14 end. It's wrong way round. However this volvo part might have 8mm hose but it's down to 6mm on that part.

Prob need to replace the fuel hoses
