On call button
I’m trying to connect my wife’s car (xc60 t8 My18) to my phone (she hasn’t done this yet).
I’ve got the app and activated it. I need a PIN I press the on call button on the ceiling console, but nothing happens (in settings the button is not disabled, and the service shows as active) Where am I going wrong? Thanks |

The instructions say press the on call button, this has no effect. The car is leased and was supplied by the leasing company. |

It doesn't matter how long the On Call button is held for if no PIN was issued by the supplying dealer or Volvo.
No PIN = No VOC.

I guess it has to be registered in the first place for VOC to actually work at all?
I second phoning your/a dealer and doing the "I forgot my pin" routine. |
