You need to drive at more than 112mph?? No one needs to, period, and it can be overridden using kick down, or a hard press of the accelerator. Its not just Volvo either, the EU wants ALL new cars from 2022 to have it, but you'll still die at 112mph so its all a bit pointless and another EU stupidity!

Heated front windscreen?

I recall my 2005 XC70 had this when you pressed the front demist button, however my 2012 XC90 seems to be just the demist blowers?
Or am confused - did Volvo have to give this up when they parted company with Ford?

Heated screen is part of the "winter pack" on the new SPA model cars (unless you opt for the head up display which you can not have with the heated screen)
I owned three MK 1 XC90 SE models with winter packs prior to my SPA model and none of them had heated screens.

Harking back to my Saab 9-5 from 2006 I would like better sunvizors in the Volvo, preferable two - one for forward view and one for the side window. Both to be wider than the single flap we have at the moment.

Given that Sweden being a more northern country it will have longer periods of low sun and so a great need for the sun to be shaded.

My heated front screen works just fine.

What I want is an ICE system that can read folders via USB. The most basic of ICE functions.
