V70 Classic TDi - Towbar

Hi,
I have a 1998 V70 Classic TDi. It has a Volvo towbar fitted which has a detatchable Ball. Unfortunatly The car did not come with the detatchable ball. Volvo want £150 for the detatchable ball. Does anybody know the name of the company which makes these for Volvo or have a spare one?

www.google.co.uk

type in towbars and click the little button for 'pages from the UK'

this will give you a selection of uk suppliers, the towbar on my 850 estate is made by Witter who seem to have a long relationship with Volvo. One tip in dealing with companies on the internet is always click contact us on their site, if you an address and phone numbers then fine, if you just get email only, well........

I am pretty sure that BRINK are the manufacturers. They are stocked by halfords but you should be able to find a web site by inputting the name.
