Default Oil in intercooler hose

I have a very small amount of oil (more of a coating) on the inside of long pipe that goes to the intercooler from the turbo on my 70R (1998).

The amount of oil is very small and could have only built up over the last two years as I replaced the pipework. The query I have is should I have the turbo rebuilt or is this just standard? I can only assume that the turbo is original as I have no paperwork showing a replacement or rebuild. Also is there a better turbo to use as a replacement? The car is a 1998 V70R auto 2wd.

This is normal. It is coming from the pcv valve on your intake. There is a small hole in the bottom of the intercooler to let excess oil drain out
