I've never heard of that, but it sounds interesting! I'd like to know more.
As a possible lead, Mike Brace, (the 200 guru from Anglesey) might know something about this. I don't think he comes on the forum much now, but his sons do (mad matt and classicswede) John |

The only 6 wheeled pickups I've seen are made by:
http://www.dalbofordonsteknik.se the Swedish Auto fabricators. I've seen 7 series and 9 series that they have done. That's not to say that they haven't done a 2 series in the past. Dave A.

I'd never heard of it before either so did a search of the builders name you gave above, very little info on it but found this:
http://www.rodsnsods.co.uk/forum/his...-restall-65467 Turns out it was actually called "Dubbelhalvan" but even searching that doesn't yield much better results. How come the interest in it, remember it from back in the day, friend built it etc? Edit- not looking promising, last taxed in 91 https://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/Ev...execution=e1s3

Ah cool I see, i've got a bit of a soft spot for over the top 70's/80's Customs,, they don't build them like that any more, portholes and velour and as you say the airbrushed murals. Good Luck with your hunt for the ellusive poster.
