Vacuum hoses

Hi, as in title I need to change the vacuum hoses on my 760 turbo (B230ET) due to perishing and age softening was wondering if these hoses were available from somewhere as I cannot find any

Failing that, try Rudds if they're still there on the Millbrook bypass. Cheaper to measure the bore you need (probably 4mm but check it), work out how much you need and pick a colour than buy pre-cut lengths all nicely packaged in "VOLVO" bags i would think.

Then just cut to length as you need and fit as you go, one at a time so you don't get them mixed up.

I replaced all mine with silicone and never looked back. Also did the washer pipes as well as they were starting to be a bit crusty. I used blue for the washer pipes as it helps differentiate them.

I believe the two sizes I needed were 4 and 5mm ID but could have been 6mm as well. I also replaced the big brake booster line on my 945 with a wire reinforced hose. Everything is kept in place with (colour matching!) cable ties.

Auto Silicone Hoses via ebay is who I used, there are probably other cheaper ones around but I found them good and quick to replace a hose when one of them was delivered kinked and - due to the wire reinforcing inside - permanently so!
